"Your Application for Degree Form must be handed in to the Student Resource Center (SRC) by February 16, 2009 in order to participate in graduation."

In order to be considered a Degree Candidate, the Application for Degree Form must be submitted to the SRC by the application due date indicated for the specific term in which you plan to complete requirements.

If there is a discrepancy/problem with the processing of this form, SRC will contact you at the phone number listed below. You will NOT be considered a Degree Candidate until the problem is resolved.
