Schedule and Important Dates

• October 2, 2009: One-page Letter of Intent proposals due via e-mail to Davood Tashayyod no later than 6:00 p.m. (LIMIT 2 PROPOSALS PER PI). A sample LOI can be obtained from Davood Tashayyod, Dr. Rob Loring or Dr. Monika Jost upon request.


• On or about November 2, 2009: Invitations to faculty to submit full Coulter research proposals from selected LOI proposals.


• December 14, 2009: Full Coulter proposals due via e-mail to Davood Tashayyod no later than 6:00 p.m. A sample full proposal can be obtained from Davood Tashayyod, Dr. Rob Loring or Dr. Monika Jost upon request.


• February 15, 2010: Invitations to Investigators for Oral Presentation to the Coulter Oversight Committee.


• March 1, 2010: Oral proposal presentations to Oversight Committee. Award announcements will be made shortly thereafter.


• April 1, 2010: All 2010 Coulter research projects will be required to begin on April 1, 2010.
