Instructions:
The purpose of a Competitive Matrix analysis is to critically profile and compare your firm against known competitors. Select evaluation factors that are pertinent for your firm or industry and that will help differentiate your firm's products from that of the competition and demonstrate possible competitive advantages. Use YES / NO responses for each feature you have chosen. Try to incorporate product features that will result in your product being given all "YES" ratings, while the competitors have less favorable rankings. Assign a rating for each of the factors for your firm and each of the competitor firms you have chosen.
