Baruch Ben Dor, Sc.D. serves as CEO of InfraScan. Dr. Ben Dor has a doctor of science in physics and is a graduate of the highly prestigious Talpiot Program of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), with over 15 years experience in the electro-optics field (9 years in the defense industry and 6 years in the medical equipment industry). Dr. Ben Dor was previously the general manager of a start-up company, Medibell Medical Vision Technologies Ltd., working in the field of ophthalmic digital photography. Dr. Ben Dor led Medibell through finished R&D prototype, beta testing, production set-up, as well as sales and marketing network development.

Prior to Medibell, he served as director of marketing in Medibell's parent company, CMT Medical, an OEM producer of digital x-ray equipment for Toshiba Medical. Dr. Ben Dor gained international marketing experience as the vascular program director in the marketing department of ESC/Sharplan, an Israeli-based firm and world leader in the field of medical lasers (renamed Lumenis after merging with Coherent Medical). The company has created a worldwide network of reference sites for supporting sales, conducting clinical studies, and producing successful marketing campaigns.
